How Can I Qualify?

At College Vue we have a few options! 

  1. Self-Qualify – Have a credit score of at least 650 and make 4x the monthly rental rate

  2. Guarantor – An individual that is over the age of 21 that has a credit score of at least 650 and makes 3x the monthly rental rate

  3. Guarantor Waiver Program (GWP) – A third party company called Leap that acts as your guarantor. An individual must be a full-time student to enroll into this program and provide a transcript or acceptance letter. Program is an additional $43 per month.

What does Individual Leasing mean?

An individual lease means that each resident is on their own lease contract and is responsible for their own rental amount, bedspace, and common area

If I am moving in during the middle of the month in August, why is the rent not prorated?

With a term lease, rent is broken down into 12 equal installments and based on the number of days in the lease instead of the number of days in the month.

Does a resident have to be a student to live at College Vue?

We lease to anyone who meets our Rental Qualification Guidelines

How does roommate matching work?

If you do not have a roommate(s) in mind, we can help to assist you!

  1. We use the roommate application questions that focus on personal and social habits such as studying, sleep schedule, year in school, area of study, animals, etc. to determine compatibility.  

  2. We work with RoomSync - an amazing application that helps connect you with your future roommate!

How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

The router is in your laundry room. Use the network name and password located on the router to connect

Where do I pick up packages?

  • Letter Mail: Will be placed inside your mailbox located outside of our leasing office

  • Packages: Will be stored in our leasing office. Once our team receives a package, we will log the package(s), and you will get a notification regarding your package arrival. These can be picked up during office hours.

When are rental installments due?

Rent installments are due on the first of each month, but we allow a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Rent is considered late on the 4th and a $50 late fee will be assessed. Each day that rent continues to be unpaid will be a $10 daily fee. 

How do utilities work?

Our property uses a third-party provider, Conservice, who will send you a statement of your usage. The bill is split evenly amongst all residents in the unit and this will be paid with rental installments.

How can I submit a maintenance request?

Using the resident portal will allow you to submit a detailed maintenance request of any issues you are experiencing. Maintenance works to resolve the issue within 24-48 hrs!
